I kdy\u017e se lid\u00e9 se stresem vyrovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, na\u0161e t\u011bla reaguj\u00ed podobn\u011b. Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste u\u017e sly\u0161eli mluvit o nadledvin\u00e1ch nebo jste vid\u011bli tinktury \u010di lektvary na podporu zdrav\u00e9 reakce na stres.
