M\u016fj doprovod se usm\u00e1l a citoval zn\u00e1mou spisovatelku Louisu May Alcottovou: &#8220;Pen\u00edze jsou ko\u0159enem v\u0161eho zla, a p\u0159ece jsou tak u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fdm ko\u0159enem, \u017ee se bez nich neobejdeme o nic v\u00edc ne\u017e bez brambor.&#8221; Tato slova ve mn\u011b rezonovala, proto\u017ee jsem v t\u00e9 dob\u011b str\u00e1vila \u010das \u0161t\u00edp\u00e1n\u00edm drobn\u00fdch a poj\u00edd\u00e1n\u00edm brambor a sal\u00e1t\u016f.\n<\/p>\n<p>Tato aromatick\u00e1 bylina m\u011b v pr\u016fb\u011bhu desetilet\u00ed znovu a znovu nav\u0161t\u011bvovala jako d\u00e1vno ztracen\u00e1 l\u00e1ska &#8211; marnotratn\u00e1 rostlina, kter\u00e1 je dokonal\u00fdm zpest\u0159en\u00edm jednoduch\u00fdch pokrm\u016f. \u010cerstv\u00e1 pa\u017eitka (dom\u00e1c\u00ed nebo z uli\u010dky s bioprodukty) je mou obl\u00edbenou bylinkou, kterou sypu bramborov\u00e9 \u0161i\u0161ky nebo sal\u00e1ty z baby \u0161pen\u00e1tu. Su\u0161en\u00e1 pa\u017eitka posta\u010d\u00ed na samostatn\u00e9 pe\u010den\u00e9 brambory s k\u0159\u00ed\u017ealami a kope\u010dkem m\u00e1sla evropsk\u00e9ho typu. Nau\u010dila jsem se, \u017ee brambora bez pa\u017eitky je jako kousek hork\u00e9ho jable\u010dn\u00e9ho kol\u00e1\u010de bez kope\u010dku vanilkov\u00e9 zmrzliny.\n<\/p>\n<h3>Pa\u017eitka Bylinn\u00e1 historie<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<p>Pa\u017eitka poch\u00e1z\u00ed z Evropy, Asie a Severn\u00ed Ameriky. Je to druh rostliny z \u010deledi Amaryllidaceae a je p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e1 \u010desneku, cibuli a \u0161alotce. Tento p\u0159\u00edbuzensk\u00fd vztah mi d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl, proto\u017ee v\u0161echny t\u0159i z mnoha d\u016fvod\u016f zbo\u017e\u0148uji. M\u016fj vztah k pa\u017eitce trv\u00e1 u\u017e n\u011bkolik desetilet\u00ed, ale samotn\u00e1 rostlina m\u00e1 mnohem del\u0161\u00ed historii.\n<\/p>\n<p>Tato aromatick\u00e1 bylina je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 ji\u017e po stalet\u00ed a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se jako l\u00e9\u010div\u00e1 i kulin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 rostlina. Podle z\u00e1znam\u016f se pa\u017eitka pou\u017e\u00edvala v \u010c\u00edn\u011b ji\u017e 3000 let p\u0159. n. l. a v Evrop\u011b se p\u011bstuje p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm od st\u0159edov\u011bku. Bylina je bohat\u00e1 na fytonutrienty, v\u010detn\u011b bioflavonoid\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou pomoci udr\u017eet zdrav\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak. Pa\u017eitka m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9, antibiotick\u00e9, antivirov\u00e9 a protipl\u00eds\u0148ov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky a poskytuje antioxidanty v podob\u011b vitamin\u016f A, C a E. Pa\u017eitka tak\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jedl\u00e9 kv\u011bty, kter\u00e9 lze odd\u011blit na r\u016f\u017ei\u010dky a p\u0159idat do \u010derstv\u00fdch sal\u00e1t\u016f, vajec a pol\u00e9vek.\n<\/p>\n<h2>Oregano<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<p>Oregano (Origanum vulgare) zdob\u00ed mnoho pokrm\u016f pod\u00e1van\u00fdch v m\u00e9m dom\u011b, a to jak v minulosti, tak i v sou\u010dasnosti. M\u016fj otec, sedmdes\u00e1tilet\u00fd vdovec, jednou napl\u00e1noval dom\u00e1c\u00ed ryb\u00ed ve\u010de\u0159i se svou novou p\u0159\u00edtelkyn\u00ed a se mnou jako d\u00e1rek ke \u0161kole. J\u00e1 jsem napl\u00e1noval filmy a ona p\u0159inesla j\u00eddlo. P\u0159ekvapilo m\u011b, \u017ee jej\u00ed kuchyn\u011b obsahovala oregano &#8211; stejn\u011b jako kuchyn\u011b m\u00e9 maminky. Pod\u00e1vala humra oreganata, co\u017e je rozp\u016flen\u00fd humr posypan\u00fd strouhankou a ochucen\u00fd oreganem. Byl to pohodov\u00fd ve\u010der, kter\u00fd mi vr\u00e1til vzpom\u00ednky na d\u011btstv\u00ed. Zn\u00e1m\u00e1 v\u016fn\u011b a chu\u0165 oregana m\u011b znovu spojila s m\u00e1minou du\u0161\u00ed a spojila m\u011b s mou novou n\u00e1hradn\u00ed m\u00e1mou.\n<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e te\u010f d\u011bl\u00e1m polodom\u00e1c\u00ed pizzu nebo jin\u00e9 italsk\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m su\u0161en\u00e9 nebo \u010derstv\u00e9 oregano. Tato rostlina vy\u017eivuje m\u00e9 t\u011blo, ale tak\u00e9 syt\u00ed m\u00e9 srdce a du\u0161i, proto\u017ee m\u011b spojuje s m\u00fdm t\u00e1tou a dv\u011bma matkami, kte\u0159\u00ed si oba obl\u00edbili um\u011bn\u00ed va\u0159it s bylinkami.\n<\/p>\n<h3>Oregano Bylinn\u00e1 historie<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<p>Oregano je druh rostliny z \u010deledi Lamiaceae. Roste po v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b sv\u011bta, ale pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b poch\u00e1z\u00ed ze St\u0159edomo\u0159\u00ed. Proto\u017ee bylina rostla v hor\u00e1ch, \u0158ekov\u00e9 ji naz\u00fdvali &#8220;horsk\u00e1 radost.&#8221; Podle mytologie p\u011bstovala oregano ve sv\u00e9 zahrad\u011b na vrcholu hory Olymp \u0159eck\u00e1 bohyn\u011b Afrodita a v\u011b\u0159ilo se, \u017ee bylina p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed po\u017eehn\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Oregano se v severoamerick\u00e9 kuchyni stalo obl\u00edbenou bylinou a\u017e po skon\u010den\u00ed druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky, kdy se do Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f vr\u00e1tili voj\u00e1ci, kte\u0159\u00ed v Evrop\u011b jedli italskou kuchyni. Vzpom\u00edn\u00e1m si, \u017ee v &#8217;50. a &#8217;60. letech ho moje rodina sypala do \u0161paget, raviol, pol\u00e9vek a du\u0161en\u00fdch j\u00eddel, aby dodalo pokrm\u016fm onen aromatick\u00fd \u0161mrnc.\n<\/p>\n<h3>V\u00fdhody oregana pro zdrav\u00ed<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<p>Oregano je z l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho hlediska pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro sv\u00e9 siln\u00e9 antioxida\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti. Pat\u0159\u00ed mezi byliny s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm obsahem antioxidant\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b karvakrolu a thymolu. Oregano se pou\u017e\u00edvalo k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b za\u017e\u00edvac\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed, a bylink\u00e1\u0159i tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee Hippokrates tuto bylinu vyu\u017e\u00edval p\u0159i d\u00fdchac\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edch. Krom\u011b toho oregano obsahuje vitamin A, vitamin C, niacin, v\u00e1pn\u00edk, tryptofan, m\u011b\u010f, \u017eelezo, mangan, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, \u017eelezo, drasl\u00edk a zinek.\n<\/p>\n<p>Oregano je v kuchyni velmi flexibiln\u00ed a jeho zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky jsou snadn\u00e9.
